I'm Jess, a massage therapist* based in Plymouth. I offer relaxation, deep tissue, remedial, sports, Indian head, lymphatic drainage, and preganancy massage as well as EMMETT Technique. I draw on the different styles to tailor the treatment to you.

I love massage! It relaxes me, improves my mood, enhances my productivity and I have the best sleep after a treatment. These things may seem small in comparison to other benefits like lowering blood pressure and supporting the immune system, but when you are relaxed and well slept, you are happier, make better choices, the benefits snowball and your body can do its job better.

Anatomy and physiology has fascinated me since I was little,
the body is unbelievably amazing, incredibly complicated and although I live in it, I knew so little about it.

'Better Body' because whether there is a problem or the aim is relaxation,
massage is always trying to make the body better.

The body is all connected and being a single whole, an issue in one area impacts other areas.
The body is not a machine, it is a self-organising, self-regulating, self-healing organism.
