Cancellation Policy

In some circumstances it is necessary to cancel at short notice. Please do try to give me as much notice as possible. There is no charge for cancelled appointments. If you have already paid and wish to rearrange I will keep the payment for your next treatment. If you would prefer a refund, please send me an email to let me know. Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable.
